Cookie Policy
This English version is a translation of the French original, last updated on August 27, 2026. It is provided for your convenience. If the two versions differ, the French version prevails.
1. What is a cookie
A cookie is a small file placed on the user's device when a website is visited. In particular, it makes it possible to recognize the browser, to remember preferences or to measure traffic. This policy also covers other trackers, such as pixels and the browser's local storage.
2. Strictly necessary cookies
These trackers are essential to the operation of the service. They do not require consent.
Tracker | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
Session cookie | Maintaining the login session in the customer account area | Duration of the session | |
Form security token | Protection against fraudulent submissions | Duration of the session | |
Storage of the consent choice | Retention of preferences relating to trackers | 6 months | |
Stripe cookies | Stripe | Secure payment processing and fraud prevention | Up to 12 months |
reCAPTCHA cookies | Distinguishing between a human user and a robot on forms | Up to 6 months |
3. Audience measurement cookies
These trackers make it possible to understand how the website is used in order to improve it. They are placed only after consent has been obtained.
Tracker | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
Google Analytics | Traffic measurement and analysis of browsing paths | Up to 13 months | |
Microsoft Clarity | Microsoft | Analysis of browsing behavior and session recording | Up to 12 months |
4. Advertising and social media cookies
These trackers make it possible to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and to deliver tailored content. They are placed only after consent has been obtained.
Tracker | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
Meta Pixel | Meta | Measurement of conversions from Facebook and Instagram campaigns | Up to 13 months |
TikTok Pixel | TikTok | Measurement of conversions from TikTok campaigns | Up to 13 months |
5. Consent
On the first visit, a banner makes it possible to accept all trackers, to reject them all at once or to configure them by category. Rejecting is as simple as accepting.
No tracker subject to consent is placed before that consent has been obtained. If no choice is made, only the strictly necessary trackers are used.
Consent is retained for six months. When that period expires, the choice is requested again.
6. Withdrawal of consent
Consent may be withdrawn or changed at any time through the "Manage cookies" link available in the page footer.
The user may also configure their browser to reject cookies or to delete those already placed. Rejecting strictly necessary cookies may impair the operation of the service, in particular access to the customer account area.
7. Personal data
The data collected by means of trackers is processed under the conditions described in the Privacy Policy, which sets out, in particular, the rights of individuals and how those rights may be exercised.
8. Contact
Any question relating to trackers may be sent to contact@vulta.fr.
